Residential Services

Basic cleaning includes but not limited to: Upkeep and maintenance from a monthly deep clean, all surfaces wiped, dusted, polished or sanitized, bathrooms and kitchen details, linens changed, floors vacuumed, swept and mopped. Any special requests will be fulfilled at time of service.

Deep cleans should be performed at least once a month to keep house upkeep and maintenance reasonable. This includes what is covered in a basic clean plus cabinet exteriors wiped and polished, cobwebs removed, ceiling fans/light fixtures/baseboards dusted, blinds dusted and window seals wiped, hardwoods polished, vacuum maintenance, and any special requests fulfilled at time of service.

Detailed cleans include basic/deep clean details plus wiping of doorways, high traffic areas, detailing of highs/lows, oven/refrigerator detail, upholstery cleaned, light rearranging/ organizing and any special request are fulfilled at time of service.
